Refund policy

At  GolazzoStore, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the following information carefully to understand our returns and refunds process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

· Your item is  damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

· You are  unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an unused item.

· The request is made within  14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

· The item must be  unused,  unworn, and in the  same condition that you received it.

· The item must be in its  original packaging, with all tags still attached (if applicable).

· A  proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

· Customized or personalised products, including club-branded product with initials or numbers.

· Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective).

· Socks and undergarments, for hygiene reasons, unless unopened and sealed.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@golazzogroup.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and (if applicable) photos of the item.
  2. We will respond within 2 working days to confirm the return and provide shipping instructions.

    You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Refunds

    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within  5–10 business days.

    Please note:

    · Shipping costs are  non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

    · If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us.

    Exchanges

    We can exchange items if they conform to our returns policy. If you need a different size or item, please contact us at hello@golazzogroup.com

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
