Shipping policy

At  GolazzoStore, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, efficiently, and securely. Please read the details below to understand our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and costs.

Order Processing

· Orders are processed as soon as received and is practical.

· Standard processing time is  1–3 business days before your order is shipped.  Note that if an item/s are not in our UK warehouse, we will need to order which can increase shipping time by up to 10 working days.

In the months of October, November and December our supplier experiences their busiest time.  As a consequence, orders in these months could be up to 3 weeks before being delivered.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

UK Shipping

· Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) – cost will be calculated on weight at checkout.

· Express Delivery – please contact for details

· International Shipping

· International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary between  7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

· International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

· Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking Your Order

· Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a  tracking number.

· You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email.

· If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

· If we are not informed of delayed / lost packages within 10 days of sending, we will be unable to initiate a claim with the carrier.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

1. Check your tracking information for updates.

2. Contact the courier for further details.

3. If the issue persists, reach out to us for assistance.

GolazzoStore is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

· We are  not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

· If your package is missing, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

· If you believe your package has been stolen, contact us and your local courier for further assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

· Please ensure that your shipping details are  accurate when placing an order.

· If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can update the address  only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

· If an incorrect address leads to a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Pre-Order & Custom Club Product Shipping

· Some club-branded products are made to order and may have longer processing times.

· If your order includes  custom club product, it may be shipped separately from standard items.
